1. Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumable nutrition and wellness items, we can only accept returns for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse once a product has been opened or the safety seal is broken.

2. Claims Process

If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

3. Replacements and Credits

Approved claims will result in a free replacement shipped to your address. In certain situations, we may issue store credit to your entrepreneur account. We do not issue cash refunds.
